We came across this novel use for Super Glue on www.doityourself.com. Although our Original Super Glue liquid isn’t designed to bond with porous surfaces, like some wood, it can save you a lot of hassle when mounting two pieces of wood together.

When you are mounting two pieces of wood, it can be difficult to keep the pieces in the right position as you join them using nails, screws, or other fasteners. Many people can become frustrated as the wood slips out of place. And if you’ve ever swung a hammer, you know that unstable structures tend to slip out of place from the force of every blow.

To ensure a strong bond and keep the wood flush, apply some Super Glue to the surfaces that are being joined. The glue dries fast and holds strong. This helps ensure a flush mount for all your wood projects.
